This is how it works...get started!
Fill in some basic contact details about yourself and choose a convenient time for the trial session. We will call and confirm the booking and we will send an experienced, certified trainer to your house.
The free trial session will begin with an initial consultation and fitness assessment to build a profile about you, previous training, injuries, if any and your current fitness level. Your first session will be the most important session as you not only get to meet your trainer before making an ongoing commitment but also the information gathered at this point will be used to design your customized ongoing program. The assessment will be logged so that your progress could be monitored and a report provided monthly. After this you will be trained keeping in mind your goals and preferences.
Don’t worry if you don’t have any equipment! The trainer will arrive with basic equipment necessary for training.
