At Make my workout, the packages are built keeping your convenience in mind. You get to choose and build the package that suits your body and time availability. Our first session is free to determine your fitness profile. After the first session, we offer you a varied range of packages.
You can choose from 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week. This weekly routine can be followed for a basic month, three months, six months or a year depending on your drive and motivation towards your fitness goals. Although you can choose any package, we recommend a 3 month commitment to your health to see maximum results. Packages can be extended later.
Recommended: It is recommended that you make a 3 month commitment towards your health to jump start your fitness regime and see results! (This is a lot better than signing up for a year and dropping mid way).
Nutrition: A good workout is complemented with a good diet plan. You can avail our nutritionist’s services to help create your diet plan to match your workout plan.
