Routine Editor
Use
this editor to modify any of the workouts assigned
within a custom routine. You can add new workouts
to a routine or modify any of the workouts already
added in this routine. Also add rest days in
this link.

Exercise
Editor:
Use
this screen to add exercises to your workouts.
You can add reps and weight and choose from
a pull down menu of exercises based on the chosen
muscle group. If you are a fitness club or personal
trainer with your own admin account, you can
add any number of exercises so they can be chosen
from the pull down menu.

list shows the custom workouts which have been

Routine Form:

your own custom routines. In this form enter

this from within a routine), or leave this field
blank if creating a standalone workout.

Choose
from a huge list of predefined workouts to add
to your routine. Just choose which day you want
to assign the workout to and click add.

This
screen shows the standard and custom routines

details, including the workouts assigned within
each routine.

workout calendar clearly shows the workout days

Take
this workoutsheet with you to the gym and enter
actual workout performed. It shows small pics
of the exercises to be performed and workout
details (reps and weights and cardio mins) as
planned.

Feedback:
Simply
enter the workout performed in the gym back
into the system for tracking. You can look this
up at any time in the future to modify future
workouts.

Body
Stats Tracker:
You
can add any number of body stats to be tracked
in addition to the ones which are already predefined
in the system. Simply add the data for a given
date and record.

Use
this form to add new body stats parameter to
your body stats tracker. You can pretty much
add any parameter you want. Simply add the name
of the parameter and the units.
