With the gym/personal trainer edition of the makemyworkout tracker you get the following features. You will get your own secure administrator login name and password to access your private account and client data.

  • Manage client workout and performance data in a more structured fashion compared to pen and paper methods currently in use.

Custom Client Routines.

This screen shows all the custom routines that have been created in the clients account. The standard routines are shown on a different link.

Custom Routine Editor

Use this editor to modify any of the workouts assigned within a custom routine. You can add new workouts to a routine or modify any of the workouts already added in this routine. Also add rest days in this link.

Exercise Editor:

Use this screen to add exercises to your workouts. You can add reps and weight and choose from a pull down menu of exercises based on the chosen muscle group. If you are a fitness club or personal trainer with your own admin account, you can add any number of exercises so they can be chosen from the pull down menu.

Custom Workouts List:

This list shows the custom workouts which have been created in a clients account.

New Routine Form:

Create your own custom routines. In this form enter the routine name and a short description for the new routine.

New Workout Form:

Create your own custom workouts. In this form enter the workout name, timeslot, length, which day you want to assign this workout to (if creating this from within a routine), or leave this field blank if creating a standalone workout.

Adding standard workouts to your routines:

Choose from a huge list of predefined workouts to add to your routine. Just choose which day you want to assign the workout to and click add.

This screen shows the standard and custom routines in a client account. You can view the routine details, including the workouts assigned within each routine.

Workout Calendar:

The workout calendar clearly shows the workout days with the dumbell sign and rest days which the "rest" sign. If a date is untagged that means there is no workout assigned to that particular date.

Workout Sheet for Gym:

Take this workoutsheet with you to the gym and enter actual workout performed. It shows small pics of the exercises to be performed and workout details (reps and weights and cardio mins) as planned.

Workout Feedback:

Simply enter the workout performed in the gym back into the system for tracking. You can look this up at any time in the future to modify future workouts.

Body Stats Tracker:

You can add any number of body stats to be tracked in addition to the ones which are already predefined in the system. Simply add the data for a given date and record.

New BodyStats Form:

Use this form to add new body stats parameter to your body stats tracker. You can pretty much add any parameter you want. Simply add the name of the parameter and the units.

Goal Setting:

Use this form to set goals for body stats or strength or cardio exercises.

Set the goal and the date when you want to achieve that goal.
